On Tuesday the 13th of march, a particularly informative fCN Masterclass on Hospitality & Customer Care was given by Robert Guijt & Casper Overbeek. The Masterclass took place in the exquisite Pestana hotel, which recently opened in Amsterdam. The gentlemen gave their view on how to exceed customer expectations. In addition to the speakers, the attendance and input of the present fCN member ensured that the theme was thoroughly discussed. After the Masterclass, the day ended at ARC by LUTE, where the fCN members could socialize with each other and enjoy a drink.
