Knowledge Table Marketing

On Wednesday 24 November, CN organized an inspiring marketing knowledge table at Creative Valley in Utrecht, a fantastic location located near Utrecht CS. Creative Valley offers beautiful workspaces and nice work and meeting rooms!

The members received a delicious Virgin Moijto at the start. This was followed by a presentation by the director of Creative Valley, Laurens van Doorn. The first speaker in the field of marketing was Carlijn Postma, founder of The Post and author of Binge Marketing. She gave us an impressive presentation on serial storytelling, explaining how marketers can learn from the best storytellers and audience builders in the universe: the makers of movies and series.

While enjoying an Aperol Spritz and a snack, we continued our way down where Thomas Wieringa, Head of Marketing at Damen Yachting, spoke! Thomas took us into the brand story of Pernod Ricard, where he worked for 10 years. He then talked about the target group approach within Damen Yachting.

Last but not least, Wessel Berkman, founder of The Commercial Revolution and The Social Selling Company, spoke. In an interactive session, Wessel explained the importance of getting to know the ambitions and personal dreams of the target group as an organization. This way you can contribute structurally and measurably to this, and that too in a fun way!

We ended this event with a nice drink with bubbles and delicious bites, where everyone could play his or her favorite records! In short, a special event at a great location!
