DeLaMar Theater was filled with Dutch gastronomy today. The day of the unveiling of the Michelin guide, which revealed which Dutch restaurants have achieved stars this year. Surprising winners in The MICHELIN Guide in Amsterdam are: De Juwelier, Zoldering, Restaurant De Kas and Lars Amsterdam. Bas van Kranen of restaurant Flore even received two MICHELIN Stars during the Michelin award!
After the Star Ceremony, the MICHELIN Gala Dinner will take place tonight in Hotel Okura Amsterdam. Tonight our PEARLCARD Members enjoy an exclusive five-course dinner, prepared by star chefs such as: Jonnie Boer, Onno Kokmeijer & Arjan Speelman.
